OUR DOMESTIC HELPERS
Find the right helper for your home
All Star Employment offers a selection of Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs) from Myanmar, including fresh, transfer, ex-Singapore and ex-overseas helpers.
Each category reflects a different employment background and level of experience. Some helpers may already be in Singapore and available to start sooner, while others may have previous experience working locally or overseas. Understanding these differences can help you find a helper whose experience, availability and background are more suited to your household's needs.
New Helpers
New helpers are coming to Singapore for employment for the first time. Before deployment, they undergo the required pre-deployment preparation and training, giving them a foundation for domestic work before joining an employer.
Transfer Helpers
Transfer helpers are already in Singapore and are looking to work with a new employer. Because they are already in the country, there is no need to wait for overseas recruitment arrangements or air travel, which can make the hiring process faster in many cases
Ex-Singapore Helpers
Ex-Singapore helpers have previously worked in Singapore and therefore already have experience living and working in a local household environment. Their prior experience can help them adjust more quickly when returning to work with a new household.
Ex-Overseas Helpers
Ex-overseas helpers have previous domestic work experience outside Singapore and are now seeking employment in Singapore. Their experience may include household cleaning, cooking, childcare, elderly care or other domestic responsibilities, depending on their previous employment.
