1. Our website

Our website provides information about our services and available migrant domestic workers (“helpers”). You may browse profiles, create a member account, shortlist helpers and submit enquiries.

Submitting an enquiry or shortlisting a helper does not reserve that helper, confirm a placement or create a hiring agreement. Fees, payment, replacement and refund arrangements are set out in a separate service agreement with All Star, subject to applicable law.

2. Helper profiles

Helper profiles are provided to assist your initial selection. Information may be supplied by helpers or other sources and may be updated following clarification or verification.

We take reasonable care to keep profiles accurate and current. However, availability and profile details may change. Please confirm relevant information with our team before making a hiring decision. A profile does not guarantee a helper’s suitability for your household or future performance.

3. Member accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure. Do not allow others to use your account to bypass access restrictions.

Please notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict or suspend accounts used for fraudulent enquiries, misuse of helper information or other breaches of these terms.

4. Use of helper information

Helper profiles, photographs and other personal information made available through the website are for your personal hiring enquiries with All Star.

You must not scrape, sell, publicly repost or use this information for marketing, harassment or unrelated purposes. Do not distribute information available only to members outside your household or people directly assisting with your hiring decision without our permission.

5. Acceptable use and website content

You must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation

Our branding, text, graphics and other website content belong to All Star or their respective owners. You may view them for personal use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

6. Website availability and links

We may update website content or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
