All Star Employment Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and related enquiries.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, contact number, enquiry category where applicable, message, and your agreement to be contacted. Helper enquiries also include the names of the helpers you are enquiring about. We keep submission records and enquiry reference numbers to manage follow-ups.

When you register or use a member account, we collect the information you provide during registration and maintain records associated with your account, including your shortlisted helpers.

We also maintain helper information for recruitment and matching, including names, nationalities, photographs, skills, experience, food-handling preferences, employment history, language abilities and other biodata supplied to us.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and follow up on requests.

• Create and manage member accounts and helper shortlists.

• Present helper profiles and help customers identify suitable candidates.

• Maintain accurate enquiry and recruitment records.

• Operate and protect our website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry allows us to contact you about that enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

3. Member accounts and helper profiles

Registration is open to anyone, and member accounts are automatically approved. Registration does not mean that we have individually screened or verified a member as an employer.

Public helper profiles display names, nationalities, skills and experience, preferences, and language abilities. Photographs and additional profile information are available after registration and login.

Helper information is provided for recruitment enquiries. Visitors and members must not copy, republish or use it for unrelated purposes.

4. Disclosure and website providers

We do not sell personal data or share enquiry and member information with other businesses for their own marketing.

Our website operates on Wix, which processes information needed to host the website, manage accounts and handle form submissions. Our email providers process correspondence sent to and from us.

Helper profile information is displayed as described above. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as login, security and remembering preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functions.

6. Protection and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

We retain information only while it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or for legal and business requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Where our providers process personal data outside Singapore, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure comparable protection.
