We help to arrange your helper's transport, lodging and related paperwork.
One point of contact for the whole journey
Whether your helper is arriving in Singapore, taking home leave or returning home, we coordinate the transport and administrative arrangements needed for her journey.
Welcoming your helper to Singapore
We will arrange for your helper to be received at the airport and assist with her onward transport after arrival.
Arrival transport & administration
Before she joins your household, we will coordinate transport for her medical examination, Settling-In Programme (SIP), MOM registration, and any required MOM appointments. We will also arrange her deployment directly to your home once all necessary procedures are completed.
Home leave arrangements
When your helper is returning home for a short break before continuing employment with you, we can assist with home leave applications, embassy-related requirements and transport arrangements for her departure and return.
Passport renewal
We help with embassy appointments, renewal paperwork and transport for your helper's passport renewal. If she is planning to travel, check her passport expiry early so there is time to complete the renewal before departure.
Accommodation for arriving helpers
We provide interim accommodation for helpers arriving in Singapore, offering a suitable place for settling-in and training purposes before their deployment to your household.

During their stay, we coordinate necessary arrangements, including medical examinations, training and other required procedures, before arranging their deployment to your home.

We also offer temporary accommodation for helpers when employers are away on holiday. Transport can be arranged to bring your helper to our accommodation and return her to your home upon your return.
