Training and Orientation

Practical preparation for everday life in your home.

PREPARING HELPERS FOR  YOUR HOUSEHOLD

Good habits start with practical guidance

At All Star Employment, our training focuses on the everyday tasks helpers will encounter in your home.

We guide them through cleaning methods, appliance care, laundry and household routines,

with attention to safety and clear communication.

English reading and communication

Helpers learn basic English for everyday household tasks, including the names of common household items, appliances, cleaning tools and groceries. We also cover simple grammar and sentence patterns to help them understand instructions, ask questions and describe what they need.

Practice focuses on useful daily exchanges, such as confirming a task, asking where an item belongs, reporting a problem and requesting clarification.
